Let's Get To Work!

When you train with Jeannie, you can expect a combination of strength training, cardio, core stability, and HIIT through varied compound exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, TRX, and resistance bands - oh and a lot of SWEAT. 

To get the best results, we recommend combining the group fitness classes with an additional private or semi-private session a couple times a week.

Begin your virtual fitness journey and join me on Zoom for 55-minute body rocking workouts, using minimal equipment, all in the comfort of your own home!

Weekly live classes:

Monday 12:15 pm

Wednesday 12:15 pm

Friday 12:15 pm

*All classes are Eastern time

Can't attend the live class? Request the recording and we will email it to you after class.

All fitness levels welcome.

Equipment needed will vary with each class, and will include:


   •    set of dumbbells (5-10lbs each)

   •    a chair/stool

   •    mini-resistance band (light-heavy)

   •    sliders/hand towels

   •    ankle weights (2-5lbs each)

   •    Swiss ball

Video Rental

Video workouts are also available for rent for only $10 per video for 72 hours. Traveling? This is a great option to get that workout in!
